This Kenny Random stencil scares me like Heath Ledger's joker scares me. It's a good thing - like first kiss nerves, podium nerves and "it's a boy!" nerves.

Do you think Kenny wrote the blue, red, orange tags himself, or is this an appropriation of someone else's work?

By their out-of-the-way placement and Ronald McDonald colouring, I'd wager Kenny did them.
